      A bargain

Note: The Dooyooo picture is the back of the vest, not the front - not sure why!?

I love Topshop's range of clothes and as the weather's getting warmer I recently thought i'd treat myself to some summery clothes, and ended up placing a slightly large (oops!) online order , which arrived two weeks ago now and since then, this is the top that i've been pretty much living in - I love it! The weather's been quite warm here, i'm not sure if that's the same for places elsewhere, so this is a really handy top to just sling on with some skinny jeans, a bodycon skirt or even some leggings if all i'll be doing is lounging around.

It's lightweight, comfy and stylish which is why it's been my most reached for top recently.

The thing I love most about the vest is the price. A majority of Topshop tops are £26 plus, where as this is priced at a very reasonable £10 which I think is an absolute bargain and I will be stocking up on them as there's a few colours available too. I have this in a lovely shade of baby blue, but there's also purple, black and orange availabe as well as a darker blue.

The design of the vest is very in fashion, it's quite a slubby, oversized vest with a relaxed fit. It has a scooped neck with a slightly different shape to it than the usual scooped neck which I like. The hem is quite textured and wavy rather than straight which gives it a floaty effect which is very flattering, and the arm holes are very low meaning that the side of me (eg ribs, side boob) is exposed - which is why it's important to wear a nice bra or bandeau.

The tops oversized while still being really well fitting and it feels secure. I've had problems with low arm holed vests before as most of them are really flimsy and too oversized, and so don't cover the front of me up very well resulting in a boob popping out of the side or out of the neck area (which is usually very low cut) or something! Where as with this it fits perfectly and doesn't feel too baggy.

I love the colour of the vest as it's bright and eye catching and it's perfect for spring and summer. The 'burnout' design is cool - it looks faded and worn which I like alot as it gives it a little bit of edge and character. The vest is quite short - shorter than it looks on the Topshop site - and reaches my waistline. This means it can be worn with leggings but not see through black ones lol as it doesn't cover my bum up at all - I would personally only wear it with textured or patterned leggings, or perhaps jeggings (leggings designed to look like jeans).

I love wearing this with a bodycon skirt for a very summery and lightweight outfit, but it also looks lovely with skinny jeans. It can be layered under cardigans and jackets too and looks gorgeous in my opinion. It's a very lightweight jersey top and it has a smooth, silky feel to it. It's made from 100 percent cotton and washes really well.

Overall, I love the design, fit and quality - it's a little thin but this isn't a problem as i'll be wearing it mainly on warmer days and in the summer and it can easily be layered too. It's very affordable and good value for money. 5/5.
