As you may already know from reading some of my previous reviews Topshop is by far my favourite high street store and I'm always picking up bits and bobs whether it be in store or online. My favourite clothing item that I'm really stocking up on at the moment is graphic tee's and vests as summer is fast approaching. The latest item in my wardrobe coming from Topshop is this camo cross tank. The shape of the top is primarily a vest with cut off sleeves. The armholes in the top also drapes quite considerably so a vest top or a bralet underneath the top is recommended. The top is slightly longer at the back meaning that it is perfect to wear with leggings as it covers up your bum and makes the shape of the top overall a lot more stylish. The material of the vest top is 100% polyester meaning that it is very thin so perfect in the summer months tucked into shorts, however, I still wear this vest teamed with a thick cardigan when the weather is slightly colder with jeans or leggings. The feel of the top is very soft, too and this got me concerned about whether the top could potentially shrink in the washing machine. Fortunately I have washed this top three times since purchasing it and the texture and shape of the top is still very much intact unlike some other topshop tops that I have bought in the past. The colour of the top is a mixture of creams and pinky colours and is in the pattern of 'camouflage' so army style. Due to the light colours being used the pattern is visible yet subtle which compliments the main graphic on the vest which is a black bold cross. The cross is a slightly different material and is quite shiny meaning that it stands out against the camouflage background. The cross also has that 'worn' look which looks really authentic and grungy which somewhat counteracts the girly colours in the background. I paid £20 for this vest top which is typical of tops like this in topshop and for the quality and design of the vest top. I do wear it a lot so it is worth the price in my opinion. The top comes in sizes 6-16 and I would advise anyone concerned about the which size to buy to buy the size that they usually are of, if you are inbetween sizes, buy the smaller size as it is quite baggy and not fitted anywhere.
