My daughter is a massive Disney Princess fan and as a result has owned almost all the princess dresses. We purchased this one recently when went to Disney in Paris as we had heard that similar dresses over their were very expensive. I have always found the quality of the Disney dresses really good and considering you cannot get my daughter out of them they really do last. I have found that I have to pop hers in the washing machine as they get so much use but they wash really well. These dresses are great for role play and imagination. We have a massive dressing up box in our house and amongst it is a Cinderella dressing up outfit. We purchased this from Asda for £10 and took it on a recent trip to Disneyland Paris and am so glad we did as the Cinderella dresses there were selling for around £45 and althought they were slightly better quality they were not £35 better quality. Our dress has a beautiful elasticated blue velvet bodice with a silver swirly pattered v-shape down the front and velcro up the back. My daughter is a total girly girl, and to confirm this point, we went to Woolworth’s to spend her birthday money and the first thing she went to was the dressing up costumes. The Cinderella dress was just staring out at her ready to be grabbed and paid for. For anyone unfamiliar with Cinderella, her dress is a lovely pale blue colour. Long and very silky, with roses, bows and ribbons decorating the bodice area. The main skirt is made from polyester, but has the image of being silk or satin.
