      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      Not one I'd buy again!

I spotted this nightdress online on the Tesco website actually when on here trying to add a link for something I wanted to review and I thought it was pretty but didn't think anymore about it however I then spotted this in Tesco when I was in there to get some pants and sports clothing for the gym and decided to buy it cos at £6.00 and by the general feel of it I thought it was good value for money.

      The Nightdress:

Well this comes as a hanging garment and so there is no packaging with this one apart from it comes with a flimsy coat hanger and its available in sizes 8/10, 12/14, 16/18 and 20/22 though do be aware that this comes in the upper of those sizes in my humble opinion. I have been buying things in a size 12 lately which seems to be more often than not to be my size so this in a 12/14 is quite loose around the waist on me.

At first I thought this was really pretty and girly and it is made from 92% Polyester, 8% Elastane, 84% Polyamide (nylon) and 16% Elastane so it has a silk sort of look to it though the material when on doesn't feel the best quality, it is ok and it is fully machine washable though it isn't suitable for tumble drying but you can iron it however I find that if I wash this and allow it to naturally dry it does so very quickly indeed cos of the type of material it is and the wrinkles and creases easily drop out.

So the whole of the nightdress is a light pink with a dark pink, white, red and with a bit black pattern on it in the pattern of flowers, the top is slightly v shaped, trimmed with light pink lace and a couple of folds just under that and it has shoe string straps with adjustable pink plastic clasps to get the straps right. On me the nightdress comes to just above my knees.

However this looks pretty enough on though not what I call out there sexy and I really don't think when you wear it is as good quality as you may think. The outside has that silk look I touched upon earlier and it feels shiny to the touch rather than silky and the inside isn't the same and it like the back of a decent piece of material.....not that it really is! The lace is cheap and a bit scratchy too and being pink actually makes the nightdress look a bit dowdy and gawdy!

Initially, when I bought this I quite liked it but it does look a bit cheap and certainly feels it though it will do in the warmer months for me!

Only available from Tesco stores costing £6.00.
