Crap name, brilliant clothes! (Fat face)

I adore Fat Face. I only discovered them about two years ago when I moved to the West Country and came across one of their stores in Salisbury, previous to then I lived in Essex and their stores were no-where to be seen.

The nearest Fat Face to me is the Salisbury branch, it's a tiny little shop but stocks a good range and selection of clothing and accessories for men and women, plus a small range for children at the back of the shop. It can be hard to get around the store when it's really busy - say during a sale - but thats the only downside as the items they sell are so good.

They appear to make their clothes slightly bigger than the norm, I say this as I'm usually a dress size 14-16 but in Fat Face I often can get away with buying a size 12 as their clothes - in particular cardigans - are generously cut. I bought a red top I'd been after for a while last weekend in the sale and was able to buy a size 10 which is a miracle for me and something I've never been able to do before. To say I was happy when I left the shop was a huge understatement!

I dont like all the items they sell, it can be a little too casual for me, though their tops and jewellery are all wonderful and fairly priced for the quality. The staff are very helpful and serve you quickly without being too keen to get you out of the door before you're done.

I only wish my local store was a lot bigger, there is one in Southampton which is a joy to walk around due to the size of the place but thats a good hours drive away. Cant be picky though I guess!
