The Dress:
This dress is available from sizes 8-16 and only in a bright, intense electric blue colour. It is a short dress with a ruched fabric over the front of the lower part of the dress to give it a built up look. The bra area is slightly padded (so no bra is needed) and it is a one shoulder dress with material (like feathers) that are really secure in a matching blue to the dress and a darker blue and comes slightly over one side of the bust.

When it comes to dresses I absolutely love them and own loads.
