Advantages: Good quality, casual but stylish!

Disadvantages: Saturdays, the shop is so crowded!

'Hi, my name is Annie, can I help you? Have a nice day!' The standard welcome can start to grate when you've only gone in to buy a pair of socks! But despite the saccharine sweet service, the quality and wearability of the clothes is remarkable. I find usually the classic styles are the best; simple t-shirts in a wide spectrum of colours, and especially the trousers are excellent. Even if they're not the smartest or most chic (it is casual wear, afterall), one major advantage is they're always ultra-comfy and last for more than just one season. But a good piece of advice (because sometimes the clothes are a little expensive): never buy items that have just come into the shop, because they're almost always reduced in the sale about two weeks later. I once waited only a fortnight until a 50pound pair of jeans were just 19.99! Bargain!
