Advantages: Good quality
Disadvantages: Can still pay to shop around
George by Asda is the clothing range that you can buy from Asda however now the shops with the George name on them also sell home items like electricals and soft furnishings for the home as well.
Certainly from my experience the clothing represents good value as it is generally well made and is very cheap in price, trousres are often under ten pounds for some items and they have a few nice long sleeved tops for £8 that are currently on sale. They have clothing ranges for women and also men and children, I have bought a few work shirst and ties for my fella and while they are a bit more expensive than the ones in Tesco I find them better quality and they keep their shape better after washing.
The stores are well laid out and they have a chenging room as well, do find the check out queues quite long though.
The other goods they sell other tha clothing is also quite reasonaby priced but I have found they are not always the cheapest so it pays to shop around, I was looking for a couple of computer games and they were cheaper at Game.
Summary: Clothing and home retail shopping chain
