Advantages: great affordable quality

Disadvantages: they run low on some sizes

When I was little George at Asda was not desirable, to put it bluntly it was for geeks, or so was said at school. I would feel embarrassed to stand looking around with my mum if I saw a class mate. Now there is no shame as George has come such a long way and it's not laughed at at all.In fact I do more than half my family clothes shopping there. Other than my own clothes I buy around 75% of my sons and about half of my husband's so I'm definitely a fan. For myself I buy accessories, socks and shoes but for my family I buy everything.

The most I buy is for my little boy. From three vests for £2 or four pairs of socks for £1 all the way to full outfits for £14 I have bought them for him. Then on top of that shoes, pyjamas and slippers too. For my husband I always buy his under wear, socks and slippers from asda but I also get most shirts and casual t-shirts and jumpers from here too.

The main reason I shop at asda is the great price combined with quality. This is a sure way to attract my custom. I hate to be sold poor quality items and I feel that asda are very careful not to stock anything below average. Even the things I but for myself like hair bands and clips, sunglasses, scarf's and hand bags are all great quality and also always on current trend.

One thing I really like and find a good gift option for friends and family is the jewellery section, with a large range of top quality gold and silver with precious stones for men and women. Also watches of their own make and big brands. Then there is a good selection of dress jewellery and gift boxes too.

Asda in general have a large variety but if you are not quick they sell out of the larger sizes as they are very popular. I have also noticed from others that asda are very good if you have to return or exchange anything which is very good.

All in all I am a big fan of the great quality, prices and on trend fashion that asda provide 9 and cute children's clothes)
