Advantages: convenient clothes shopping.

Disadvantages: Sizes aren't always correct.

George at Asda is a great quality range for something you can pick up with a pint of milk. They are reasonably priced and great quality. They have come a long way since it first started when it was abit cringe worthy to be caught with your parents looking in the rails.

The latest thing to hit the headlines is the £15 winter coat, also known as the 'credit crunch busting' coat (we live in hope) which just goes to show George's amazing line quality. It seems to fit all shapes and sizes perfectly.

My favourite range they have is the G21, they have quite tendy designs like their Printed Tiered Tops, but some items are admittedly abit hit and miss. They also have Betty Boop, Hello Kitty, Little Miss and Flinstone print tshirts, they also briefly did the japanese blythe doll shirts.

Their women's jeans can be abit tricky to gauge, in my experience they are generous sizes. So you may find yourself swimming in a size that would normally fit you like a glove. But the cuts of the jeans is great for a supermarket chain.

All the clothes wash and iron well. I've never had problems with colours running or fading, or with the shape of the top altering. You can bet your last £1 that you'll find a bargain at George.

Summary: Great range, especially for those on a budget.
