Advantages: GOOD QUALITY, LOW PRICED. CHANCE TO SPLIT WITH THE MISSUS.
Disadvantages: POOR SUITS
Golly gosh, it's been such a long time. Had the flu and a few nervous breakdown, but ok now. I love Asda George for T-shirts, shirts and jumpers. T-shirts range from £4-£6 and they always seem to have a good range of sizes. The shirts and jumpers only about a pound dearer, but all the stuff seems to be good quality and washes well.
When 'The Good Woman' and myself go to Asda we always split up in this section. I used to go with her to look at bra's and stuff but that was just a giggly schoolboy stage I was going through in my mid- thirties!
The shoes in the mens dept are pretty good too, and very nicely priced at around £20. At the bigger well known fashion stores, you would probably pay twice the price. Oh yeah.. nearly forgot. Excellent for socks and underwear. As we speak I'm wearing Asda George underpants and I feel very comfortable. Thanks for asking. What are you wearing then? Cheeky Monkey!
I bought a suit in Asda George for £40 but have to say was rather disappointed. It started to fade rather too quickly even after dry cleaning. That's the only downside really. Rest of 'The clobber' is spot on!
So after our little spending spree we meet up and do the rest of the shopping which involves me putting stuff in the trolley and she puts it straight back. As soon as we get home, I try my stuff on, call for my mates and show off!
I'm sure Posh and Becks do the same on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
Summary: PRETTY DAMN GOOD.
