“ Brand: Asda - George / Gender: Women / Type: Sleep Wear „
I got these instore at my local asda just before christmas as they were reduced from £6 to £2. They remind me of the primark pyjama's as they have the same soft, fleecey feel to them - they're really cosey. They're also pretty cute, and are white with an all over cartoon cow and heart pattern, with the cows wearing sunglasses. There is a pink bow on the front is attached to the material that wraps around the waistband, pulling the bow tightens the trousers. Doesn't sound really sound great does it? I think the pattern looks decent, it's girly and cute, not extremely fashionable or an item of clothing i'd want to be seen in public wearing, but for £2 i'm not really fussed and they're only meant to be worn to bed anyway! My boyfriend's seen them and laughed at first but now he's used to them lol. The pyjamas are 100% cotton which as i said before is lovely and soft, keeping my legs warm and snuggly. They're quite baggy around my ankles which i don't like so i always tuck them into socks which probably makes them look even more ridiculous! The waist is elasticated adding ease in putting them on/taking them off. I'm a size 8 and got a size 8-10 as i prefer baggy pj's and they drown me; i have to have the drawstring really tight, so i'd reccomend getting your official size and not bigger/smaller as they're true to size. Sizes available are 8-22. Washing them is a doddle and they're fine to be shoved into the washing machine and tumble dryer. They seem to be well made; i've had mine for 6 months now and they've not bobbled or faded. Despite the colour clash and slightly bizzare pattern, i do like them and i wear them alot for lounging around and bed. I'd reccomend them if you're after a pair of affordable, comfy pj's.
When it comes to pyjamas I own lots of sets of them. Recently I have been buying separates in Asda, such as the tops and the bottoms because I like being able to match up stuff according to my needs. I bought these the other week after spotting them in Asda costing £6.00 (just for the bottoms) after initially liking the design of them but then I felt them and felt they were so soft and warm that I had to own them! The Pyjama Bottoms: These pyjamas come in sizes 8/10, 12/14/, 16/18 and a 20/22 and are available in some Asda stores. However if they are not stocked in your local store they are available for purchase online (www.asdadirect.com). Made from soft and fluffy fleece these are mainly white with lots of black cartoony style black cows wearing sunglasses all over them and pink hearts and the colours are vivid. They have a pink drawstring waistband to them which is only half elasticated (at the back) and draws to the front and they have wide legs to them and are very well made indeed. Made from 100% cotton these are suitable for machine washing and also can be tumble dried, which is how I look after mine I have had no problems with mine at all. These are incredibly soft, warm and cosy pyjama bottoms and of course you need to get yourself a top (of your choice) to go with them as I haven't found a matching top in Asda to go with these (in the same pattern). These wash up really nice with no fade and no bobbling over time and I am impressed that they are so well made with double stitching to most places. I think these are terrific, lengthy and of good size. I own the size 8/10 pair and would say that they are ore of a size 10 than an 8 due to the width of leg and the drawstring/elasticated waist which has plenty of room for manoeuvre within it. Lovely pj bottoms and recommended from me! Only available in Asda stores and/or from Asdadirect.com.
