Advantages: Very pretty and girly
Disadvantages: The cheap lace like white frill to the top of it
Often Asda have new items of nightwear available, the turnover of stock is pretty fast which means me with a love of fresh, new nightwear I always seem to be treating myself to new bits and pieces! This is currently on sale for £5.00 and when I spotted this I bought rather a few new things to be honest....as usual lol.
The Nightdress:
This is made from 100% cotton and is mainly white in colour with little different shades of pink flowers and stars on it, all over and over a white background. The design I thought was really pretty overall coming to knee length on my 5.7ish frame. To the top of it there is like a thin lace white frill which is only to the top of the slight v neck neckline (which isn't one bit revealing) which actually looks a bit cheap and is trimmed with a very light baby pink fixed on bow and the thin straps are adjustable with little white, plastic clips to each strap (like whats on a bra strap ladies).
This is a fully machine washable item and its tumble dry safe. Its quite a thin nightdress though, light in feel though not see through cos of the pattern on it.
In sizes 8-10, 12-14, 16-18 and 20-22, I bought myself the size 8-10 and I am actually between them sizes and this in my opinion is very true to size as it is slightly flarey to the waist.
I have no quibles really with this for the money though the frill to the top of it, it could manage without as it does look like a cheap it of material shoved on it as an after thought!
aAl in all though this is a nice looking and easy to take care of nightdress and worth the money it cost me to be fair to it and it does feel comfy on.
Available from Asda and from Asda.com
Summary: Nice enough, better without the frill though!
