“ Brand: Asda / Type: Womens Pyjamas „
The other night me and my mate were strolling around our local Asda store when she announced she needed a couple pairs of new pyjamas as hers were looking a bit shabby, me I own loads of nightwear but when I saw these in pink and like a duck egg blue colour at £12.00 a pair I was unable to resist them as they were new in, pretty and I hadn't seen them before!
They come in sizes 8-10, 12-14, 16-18, 20-22 and I am usually a size 10 and the size 10 is a perfect fit on me and with room to breathe in them and all and I think these are rather generous in size!
So the top is vest style with a satin trim to the straps and the a slightly v shaped neckline and it has a tie three quarters down the top to nip/synch it in at the waist. The straps are adjustable as they have little plastic clips on them which are easy to move and don't dig into you when your resting/alseep on them. The pattern on my set are beautiful with the very light duck egg blue colour in the main and with a fine and delicate paisley print all over them in peach, pink, white and a darker blue colour and its lovely. I really love the top of this and think its really stylinsh and flattering.
The trousers are thick and block coloured and rather long. I am 5ft 7 (ish) and these are the perfect length for me and they have a thick elasticated waistband to them which really does provides a lot of give to them and they really are soft and comfy as is the top of this set.
Made from 60% Polyester, 36% Viscose and 4% Elastane these are fully machine washable and tumble dry safe and of course if you want to iron them you can do but me I have started to wash mine on a 40C wash and I usually leave them to dry naturally because I'm getting sick of my tumble drying machine shrinking things and if I let these dry natural I don't feel the need at all to iron them at all.
All in all I think these are one of the nicest sets of pyjamas I have ever seen sold in Asda. They feel great, are easy to take care of but above all are super stylish and a bit posh but don't skimp on comfort and I'm happy to wear these all day long if I wanna!
Lovely pjy's from George!

The main reason I bought these Pyjamas was because all my current Pyjamas are pink - this means that when they're all in the wash together, I don't have any PJ's so I often resort to pinching my partner's PJ's which he finds a little irritating (although he hides it well!). I saw these, and they were ideal because they can be washed with darker colours on a low temperature.
The Pyjamas cost £12 in Asda, incidentally they do also have the same set in pink but for reasons mentioned above, I avoided these! They are made from 60% polyester, and when I first looked at them I was a bit concerned they might be too clingy and a little unflattering in areas I'd rather not draw attention to, mainly the stomach and thighs. When I tried them on at home, however, they are actually very flattering, and just skim the surface of the skin so they don't show all your lumps and bumps.
The pyjama bottoms are blue/green coloured, and they're very long on me but this isn't an issue as I have slipper boots I just tuck them into. If I had slip-on slippers, however, the length could cause me to trip up. The material is lovely and thin, and this is ideal as summer is approaching as they're not too heavy. The bottoms do cling to the bottom a little, which concerned me at first, but once the top is on this ends just above the bottom so it gives a glimpse without everything being on show.
The top is gorgeous, it has a lovely paisley pattern as you can see on the picture, and is quite girly. It has an elasticated strip round the middle which is finished with a cute little ribbon bow, although the elasticated bit isn't adjustable in case you were wondering. It is very flattering though, because it folds over on itself just by the stomach area, which conceals any excess you may be carrying in this area. The straps are thin but sufficient, and the top isn't too low so you'll be popping out in your sleep, but it's perfect for the summer months because it'll keep you lovely and cool.
The sizes available are a bit restricted - they come in size 8-10, 12-14, 16-18 and above. This means that if you fall in between the categories, for example I am usually size 10 or 12, you have to pick the size which you think will fit you best. In my case, I thought the 8-10 might be too small, and the 12-14 might be too large, but I'd rather they were big and comfy rather than too tight so I opted for the 12-14. As it turns out, the straps on the top are adjustable and the trousers are roomy but not huge on me so it worked out ok.
I absolutely love this pyjama set. The guidance on the label recommends washing at 40 degrees, and washing similar colours together. I usually wash at 30 degrees unless items are stained or in need of a higher temperature, and at 30 degrees these Pyjamas wash well and keep their shape. It doesn't take long to dry these either because of the fabric. I would highly recommend this pyjama set, particularly with Mother's Day approaching......
