... two roomy pockets near the bottom of the jacket which are the same style as the top pockets. The belt goes through belt loops and is adjustable and when fastened with the buckle makes it a nice stylish fit. The material of this outer layer is medium weight 6oz sylkoil which is designed to change character slightly with use hence the jacket becoming more comfortable with use.

Barbour jacket Little Miss was after aBarbour jacket, it being the "must have " accessory in her eyes. Given that she goes horse riding and does like the outdoors, I decided it would be a good investment as long as she didn't lose it! This jacket is the waxed version although it does come in the quilted version, and when we first bought it, to me it felt a bit stiff and not at all like a cosy winter coat, although as time has gone on and she has worn the jacket it seems to have softened and almost moulded to her so apparently it is a really comfortable fit and feels lovely and warm.
