GUESS are a well known, American brand-name, fashion company which specialise in all sorts of fashion, for Men and Women. Paris Hilton and Drew barrymore are previous models for the GUESS brand. GUESS stores can be found around the world, but mainly in America. Guess do clothing for men and women and also do brilliant watches and handbags(or so my sister tells me) I have bought several GUESS items myself, such as my watch cost me $100 and then my mum seen it in the UK for £110, so quite clearly alot cheaper to buy in America, and this was at a time when the £ was strong. Okay, this is a brand that loves to feature blond, well-endowed babes in provocative poses. I guess, all brands in this nature love to do this to draw more attention to their products. They are everywhere in the malls. The billboards are done tastefully, of course. Companies like these spend millions of dollars in advertising alone. Guess is a very coveted brand in the Philippines. There are existing competitions in the market but this is the most popular since they have a lot of outlets. Well where do I begin... I absolutely love the brand Guess! I first discovered it when they had Paris Hilton as their model, I've allways loved her style and the moment I saw her layed out in those tight skinny jeans holding the most glamorous bag I was hooked. I brought my first Guess bag, which was a bargain, I paid £55 in the sale, I couldn't have been happier, I had never brought a bag where you get a dust bag with it. If you let me choose my favourite casual wear among all the well-known brands, such as Levi's, Gap, Next and so forth, I will choose Guess. Let me tell you the reason. I have owned each brand one or two clothings including jackets, jeans and perhaps footwear. That gives me a chance to compare each of the branded casual wear. Feels like Guess is not that welcomed in UK (if I am wrong, I apologize here). Perhaps it is because of the price or perhaps the promotion is not that good.
