The coat has a collar rather than a hood which means that it is great for young children who you would prefer not to put a scarf on for risk of choking as it protects the back of the neck from the cold.

My Grandma bought this for my youngest daughter for part of her Christmas present much to the jealousy of my elder daughter who would like one but since the biggest size is 4-5 and she is 5 and a 1/2 it wouldn't be worth buying her. The coat is available from Asda and costs £18 which I think is a pretty decent price for this coat and it is completely gorgeous.
