Advantages: Stylish designs, readily available
Disadvantages: Maybe becoming a little too commonplace
Henleys are a popular clothing line in the UK mainly amongst male and female youths, probably most appropriate for those aged 15-25. Henleys products include t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, jumpers, cardigans, shirts and jeans and many of their products are distinguished by the Henleys logo or by the 'sparkly' studs on a number of their clothing lines.
Henleys clothing can be bought online or at dedicated Henleys stores across the country. Henleys can also be found in popular retailers such as 'Republic' and 'Bank' so are readily available in many towns and cities.
Personally, I really like Henleys and can only comment on the quality of the clothes that I own of theirs, which include about 5 or 6 t-shirts and a cardigan. My experience has been very good, the materials used are of a high quality and the garments all fit very well. I opt for t-shirts in size 2 which is the smallest you can get but I like them tight because I may as well make the most of my athletic body whilst I can! I would say size 2 denotes a small, size 3 denotes a small-medium, size 4 a medium, size 5 a large and size 6 an extra large.
Henleys are very fashionable for leisure wear but do offer 'luxury' goods which one is more likely to wear on a night out rather than during the day. These garments often include the sparkly studs which allow for a different look, especially if you want to look a bit blinging! Note that t-shirts etc with the studs must be washed inside out and certainly at no hotter than 30C in the washing machine, otherwise the studs will come off and your £35 t-shirt will be ruined! They often say handwash only on the label but if you keep the temperature low you will encounter no problems...also tumble-drying is a big no!
Personally, I really like the Henleys designs, especially on the t-shirts which often incorporate the word 'Henleys' as well as something else like 'luxury goods' or 'track and field.' They also place a large emphasis on their 'mascot' I suppose, which is a lion. A few of my mates also own clothes by them and wear them quite often so they obviously rate them too!
Overall, Henleys produce good quality gear and having had a couple of their t-shirts for over two years I have never had any problems with shrinkage, mis-shaping or holes. I would also say the prices are on the whole pretty reasonable - you can buy a nice t-shirt of theirs for £20 and sales are pretty frequent
Summary: Good brand

- 26/03/09 I used to like Henleys when it first came out but now it's all gone a bit chavtastic - those jeans with a big plastic HENLEYS logo all over the ass are pushing it! :) |

- 26/03/09 I'm not familiar with henleys, but that sounds like a lot for a t-shirt don't it?! |
