... 6 or size 8 in Jane Norman however I do find they are smaller than average sized especially on the top half, where 90% of the time I purchase a size 8 if I am buying a top. The scoop strip maxi dress is actually quite small in its fit even by Jane Norman standards and I had to purchase a size 8. Even in this size I feel that the material across the bust area is quite tight. I think this is a big disadvantage to this dress as it is only available up to a size 14. I must admit when "Maxi dresses" became fashionable a few seasons ago I was sceptical and wasn't sure about wearing long length dresses to the floor especially for casual occasions.
