Choosing the perfect pair of jeans for your shape can be such a mission at times. There are a few basic rules to consider: --IF YOU HAVE SHORT LEGS-- - Opt for a high waisted pair, when you wear these with a simple t-shirt tucked in it creates an effect that elongates your figure. A pair of skinny jeans with a high waist are extremely flattering, but you may have to get them tailored so they are the right length for you. - Some brands have skinny jeans with zips at the ends, these are good when worn over shoes. I love jeans and have worn them nearly all my life, my first being Levis when they were the best of the brands around at the time. Others that were available were Wranglers, Lee Cooper and Brutus but it was Levis that everyone wanted. My first pair cost £2 9s 11d which, in today's money, is just under £3. As this is a review forum for Jeans in general, I wanted to write about how great Topshop jeans are if you are a bit of an 'athletic figured' girl like me. This Autumn, Topshop as a range of different cuts of jeans in 3 lengths, 30", 32" & 34" leg. Their sizes range from a 26" waist to a 34". They also do a range of tall jeans which have a 36" inside leg and come in about 4 different sizes. The styles of jeans they have in at the moment are Skinny, Straight Leg, Skinny Flare, and Boyfriend. The jeans are fairly expensive, costing between 35 and 40 pounds, but they are well worth it.
