Advantages: A life saver for tops which no other bra will cope with.
Disadvantages: The washing the putting on and the loss of stickiness.
I have numerous tops and dresses which a bra (even strapless) just won't do. I am too large in the cup size to do without so I have spent my time looking for alternatives. The first alternative I came across was use once stick one bras which were a little bit like plasters, worked really well but far too expensive. So I needed to find another alternative and I stumbled across this and have never looked back. There are good points and bad with this product, but for what I need it is perfect.
Good: Did the job (kept them up!), reusable, could use for any top, cheap, relatively comfy (once you get use to the feeling you forget about it), nipple coverage.
Bad: Difficult to fit on, needed cleaning, lost their stickiness over time and sometimes felt like they were about to peel off.
To expand on these points to put the bra on perfectly took a couple of tries and I found that the best way was to invert the bra, lift one arm (say left )over my head and back and then with the bra sandwiched between my left breast and my right hand push my left breast up and then revert the cup and smooth. Then you must repeat this with the other side and get it in the same place otherwise it looks odd. Yes it sounds complex and indeed it is to begin with. Also if you need to peel it off to start again then you must wash the cup with warm soapy water and let air dry (not something to do if in a hurry).
These are reusable which is why their price is so reasonable. But to reuse them you must do the washing drying bit as described above. I found that you can not leave this till the morning as other wise I found mine got very grubby. You also cant do this if drunk as it is very gentle (you massage the soap with the fat part of your finger tip, but not with your nails). Also very embarrassing to do this at someone house especially as they must be placed somewhere to dry.
They feel ok when wearing them, not uncomfortable just strange but you soon get used to it. At the end of their life they will start to loose their stickiness and you will know when you can not wear them again (as you will be worried that they are about to fall off!), the only annoying thing about this is you can not tell when this will be until you are wearing them and by this point if you feel that you can't wear them then it's back to the drawing board for your outfit (which if like me may take hours).
All in all a great buy. If you are planning to wear to a very special event then i would splash out on the disposable ones. But for general wear these are a must. My advise for any special outfit is to try it one with the underwear you are planning to wear with it as past experience has taught me if you don't feel comfortable in an outfit then you will never look truly stunning in it.
Summary: A very good investment.
