I wish I had a Kookai on my local high street (Kookai)

Advantages: Sophisticated and good quality clothes

Disadvantages: Shops are hard to come by these days

This shop has become a must visit for me, especially as you do not see it as frequently as other shops like Warehouse and Oasis. I am 27 and have been shopping here for about 8 years now and have always managed to find clothes for all occasions. The clothes are a little more expensive than some others but the quality is excellent and the look is sophisticated. I am also a big fan of the fact that during the sales they actually reduce their stock from the last season instead of buying in items they would never have sold in the first place in order to turn a profit. The items I have from here are also timeless and can easily be worn year after year. I find this shop a refreshing change for a young woman who wants to look sophisticated without feeling the need to dress head to toe in M&S. London branches can be found in Brent cross and in many department stores such as House of Frasier and Selfidges. Perhaps I shouldn't be recommending this so much as I love the fact that I don't see their clothes on every teenager as I walk down the high street.
