This shop has become a must visit for me, especially as you do not see it as frequently as other shops like Warehouse and Oasis. I am 27 and have been shopping here for about 8 years now and have always managed to find clothes for all occasions. The clothes are a little more expensive than some others but the quality is excellent and the look is ... Read the complete review

Kookai is another one of the high street brans which many enjoy shopping in! It is a shop which is quite resonably priced for the high standard of their products. For example i recently bought a vest top for twenty pounds from one of their stores and it is really high quality and really comfortable to wear as it is made of great quality. This shop ... This year Kookai celebrates its 25th anniversary. Kookai has now become a popular brand on the high street as oppose to the snooty posh shop it started out as. Most cities and large shopping centres now have a Kookai shop. I do quite like Kookai but I think some of their clothes are a little hippy like. The prices are also quite steep ... I absolutely love shopping and fashion and have shopped in Kookai a few times. Firstly it can be very hard to find anywhere that sells Kookai as there are few Kookai shops in Britain. I go to the Kookai in Debenhams. Their clothes are quite small made and they do not have a wide range of sizes from a size 0 to a size 3. I think this is about a UK ... Read the complete review

i have to say that i love kookai and if i am honest im shocked by some of the reviews that have been given, i work part time at kookai and thought that owed them enough to fight their corner, i have found that since working at kookai that even getting uniform to wear to work very difficult as am a very small build and only take a size 8-10 at the ... I have always taken a high liking in Kookai's style. It is classy, elegant and they always have so much variety. Lately it has been the only place i walk into to buy clothes, which is now causing me a lot of stress, even though it might sound rediculous. One or two items from Kookai doesn't cost a buyer all that much, but if you're looking to ... Read the complete review

For those of you who don't know the store, Kookai are an "upmarket high street" store selling ladies clothes with a French twist. Their clothes are at the more expensive end of the high street priced at around £25 for a jersey Tshirt right up to £100+ The clothes are well designed and well fitting (for those on the slender side) The ... Kookai - The higher end of the high street? Some may say so, I suppose, up there with Frech Connection. Isn't it a little bit too expensive? Again, some may say you get what you pay for; and I'm a strong believer in getting what you pay for and I have tried, really I have, to shop at Kookai with the thought that I will indeed get better ... This shop is ok but you have to be a 6, 8 or 10 maybe a 12 to get into the fashion here. Not everyone nowadays are skinny the majority of UK women are a bit overweight, but not all. We are not all tall, thin French girls. The prices are ok not too expensive. The branch in my town isn't very good but in Glasgow it's brilliant. I have never ... Read the complete review

Kookai I would describe as being at the higher end of the high street, very similar to the likes of Oasis, Jane Norman and Warehouse. Kookai actually started in France in 1983 when 3 friends got together and decided to start a clothing chain that explored an unmet niche in the market, "knitwear for teenagers".They wanted to use ... This French high-street store has become more and more popular over the last few years, despite their fairly high prices (for the high street). Kookai provides a colourful range of clothes, though most of them are more dressy items such as little strappy tops and elaborately embroidered dresses. They are not particularly useful for walking ... Read the complete review

What really annoys me about most expensive shops is that you pay loads of money for something that isn't actually that well made and looks like it cost about £10. Well I love Kookai because you can tell the stuff was expensive AND its all really stylish! Last time I bought lots from there was of course in the sales. They have rather ... In France, this shop is fantastic. In England, it sucks. The difference? In France, the prices seem to be 25%-50% lower. How the hell can Kookai justify this??? They seem to have made a rather cynical marketing decision: all British females are prepared to pay extortionate amounts to look cool. Onto the clothes. Yes, ... Read the complete review
