Advantages: Affordable, some pretty ones, best fit

Disadvantages: alot of older style ones

Admittedly there are some older designs, which may put most people of buying their underwear from Marks and Spencer, however if you're willing to browse there are actually some really nice, and some fashionable under tops available. Of course you can get bras just as good elsewhere one thing I'd say to always go to Marks and Spencer's for when it comes to Bra's is Bra Fittings.

Marks and Spencer's offer a free service which allows any girl/woman to be measured by a professional, all you need to do is ask in store and they'll do it there and then for you. They measure you and find some bra's for you to try on which will suit your shape and show you exactly how your bra should fit.

The Bra's in store are pretty much average in price, most of them will cost you about £18 each, but they are of good quality and unlike bra's from other stores will last you.

Summary: Worth a look around, or even just go to get a proper fitting
