Advantages: A good fit

Disadvantages: Expensive

When I was in my teens my mum would always take me to Marks and Sparks to get my bras claiming that they were the best around. I still buy some of my bras there now but I wouldn't say that I am completely faithful to them these days because there are so many bra shops around that offer a wide range of choice.

They do a small selection of maternity bras which I have to say are pretty hideous. In general there isn't much choice and I paid around £25 for two. I also purchased my nursing bras from here which were around the same price. I have to say that have lasted through years of breastfeeding but have been thrown away due to the fact that they are covered in stains and the like.

There is quite a large range of choice in stock including underwired, T.shirt bras and underwear. The designs are fairly good too but the thing that puts me off the most is the price. They are so expensive and I can go to La Senza and get a more up to date design at a much cheaper price which will go the distance.

They do a Bra fitting service which I always find to be really good. The staff are polite and discreet and are always willing to help. I do however feel a little bit obligated to buy a bra after my fitting as they are a little bit pushy at times. I tend to get measured and then tell them I will go and look at the designs myself so I don't feel pushed into something that I don't really want.

All in all the bras here are of good quality but are a bit over priced. I would recommend that you do what I do and buy one good bra from here and the rest from somewhere cheaper.

Summary: Too expensive

I usually find they are a good fit but I have had some from Sainsburys that I have been very pleased with!

I have primark bras at £4 that lasted even a couple of years more than the m&s one i bought at £15.
