My earliest memory of Marks and Spencer goes back to when I was about 5 years old. I remember trips into the city centre, and as a treat was rewarded with wonderful crisps. At that time I didn’t realise it was Marks and Spencers food hall – I just knew it was something special. That was 30 years ago, and unfortunately M&S no longer has the same appeal for me. I’m completely flat chested; this doesn’t really bother me. But I find it completely impossible to find a good fitting bra. I’m a 32AA; most shops seem to start at 34A. I was wondering round Marks and Spencer one day, and I noticed these bras, the smallest size was 32AA, they were expensive at £12 each, but they were really nice, in a silky material, more like a fancy sports bra. But unlike most bras, they are not one bit itchy, and you don’t even know you are wearing it. This opinion is just about the trousers in the new M&S Per Una Range, and not an opinion of M&S in general as I hardly ever shop there. The reason I tried M&S was part of an attempt to buy some casual trousers for my holiday. This was obviously a huge mistake, as I traipsed round store after store not finding anything I liked. Eventually I got pretty depressed, and my mum suggested I try M&S because 'they had a new range for young people' (I'm 26). My local Marks & Spencer has nearly completed its makeover. Goodbye green bags and hello new store! Here's a few changes that might interest female dooyooers. THE MAKE UP SECTION ============================================= Some of the old colours have disappeared and a new range has been introduced called "Mien". (French for "mine".) Make up counters have been added - like the Clinique ones at Boots. M&S stores abroad have had this layout for a while, but now we're getting it at home too.
