I bought this from New Look around a month ago because (i'm sure most people will know already) Mickey Mouse prints are back in fashion as a sort of retro statement. This T shirt is £12.99 which I think is very overpriced but I bought it anyway as most T shirts and jumpers similar to this are sold out/hard to get hold of.
The T shirt is very basic. It is a light grey in colour and it has a crew neckline and T shirt length sleeves which are slightly shorter and tighter than usual T shirt sleeves. The T shirt comes bum length on me which I don't mind as it doesn't look too slouchy as it is tight and clingy. The length makes it a good top to wear with leggings and it also looks good tucked into a pair of high waisted shorts.
On the front of the T shirt there is a picture of Mickey Mouse. It is Mickey wearing his usual big yellow shoes and red and white shorts with his hands on his hips and looking very full of himself. (See picture above) The print is slightly faded to add a vintage look which is good as if the colours were too bold then it would make the T shirt look childish.
The T shirt is nice and soft and is 95% cotton and 5% viscose. It is quite tight fitting but has a bit of stretch to it so it's very comfy and is easy to just put on when I don't want to get dressed up - it's very casual and can also be worn to bed. I've worn it as a nightie a few times as it is long enough but for the price I paid for it I do try and wear it when i'm out and about as a £12.99 nightie is a bit expensive lol.
The T shirt is available in sizes 6-18. I don't think it would look right worn oversized or slightly baggy unless you are buying it as a PJ top, so I would reccomend getting your true size or one size above. The sizes aren't very generous so be aware of that.
New Look reccomend washing the top at 30 degrees, however I have washed it at higher temperatures and it was fine. The print on the front hasn't faded at all nor has the T shirt bobbled or faded. Reccomended if you want a Mickey print T shirt but if not it isn't worth it for £12.99.
