Ok well.... I've read through a few negative reviews of Nike and I'm not at all impressed!!!! lol

I love Nike its one of my top brands of sportswear. When I was dieting all I wanted was to be able to fit into trackie bottoms that were branded! Call me a lemming but I wouldn't dream of wearing unbranded trainers in particular. Must be a hang up from my school days lol

To me Nike has fabby advertising, and a great range of sports stuff!

The ladies range is great and the prices are reasonable!
I've had a pair of Nike trainers for 2 years now and they've withheld the test of time and if they look grubby I sling them in the wash and they come out as good as new. Nothing I've had of Nike has been bad so I'll be sticking with them! The womens sizes in the sports clothes are 8-16. The sizes do come fairly small though compared to Adidas.

A bit of history of Nike....

Nike was originally known as Blue ribbon sports and was founded by a track athlete called Phil Knight and his coach Bill Bowerman in January 1964.
then company started out the back of Phil's car with shoes they purchased and sold on.
They opened their first store in 1966.
It wasn't till 1971 that the first trainer had the now very famous swoosh (tick logo) and 1978 blue ribbon changed their name to...NIKE!
Nike has more than 500 locations around the world and offices located in 45 countries.
Most of the factories are located in Asia, including China, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Philippines, and Korea.
Nike plans to be carbon neutral by 2011.

Lots of celebrity endorsements are there to pull us in with fans such as Ronaldo, Ronaldihno, to name but a couple.

In conclusion... except no imitations!
