Advantages: Light weight, great air pockets, look good too

Disadvantages: A bit pricey

Me and my friends are going to America in June an I want to get fit so I’m not walking around tired all the time, I have recently started running with my friend every morning and his feet are always killing him, he just bought a cheap pair of Mizuno ones cause he didn’t want to ruin his nicest pair of trainers, I on the other hand couldn’t be bothered so I wear a pair of Nike Air International Triax that I bought last year when I was on holiday in America.

The trainers cost me $90 which is about £65, and never have I had a better pair of trainers, when me and my friend run our route takes us over rocks, grass, cement and tar-mark and my feet always feel really good after all that! My friend is always moaning about his and I could do it all over again!

The first thing that attracted me towards the trainers was their appearance, they have lots of reflective material on them and they have three air bubbles, which I thought looked really nice!

The trainers are remarkably light and obviously very comfortable, the three air bubbles are positioned; one at the back of the shoe, just where your heel goes and two at the very front, the trainers are also really supportive, these trainers are sooo comfortable!

So if you go running or you just want a pair of good-looking trainers you won’t go far wrong if you buy these!
