Disadvantages: exploitation of workers!!!

Nike are clearly one of the largest companies in the world, and despite the vast aount of money that they must get in profit each year, they still continue to exploit their workers. How do they manage to get away with this still? A lot of working conditions abroad are poor, yet one does not expect someone as large as Nike to provide the same as those smaller companies, with less profit (although that is still as bad).

I don't think it's right that we continue to buy from such large brand names like these. But, how does one know who exploits their workers and who does not? It's difficult to know, but I wish I could find out. For now, I have stopped buying from Nike, and will stop buying from other companies like this, when I find out about them.
