Advantages: no washing!

Disadvantages: where do you start!

Im sorry, but the one and only good thing about these is the fact they cut down on your laundry, I cant think why anyone would choose to wear these.
My one and only experience of these was when I was a teeenager, many years ago, but I recently had the pleasure of someone buying them as a joke. And I can asure you they havent improved any.
My mum and her great ideas, decided to by them for us to wear on a family holiday, many moons ago. It meant she had less washing when we got home, and she couldnt beleive what a great idea they were!
So for the next week I had to endure pants that you had to handle like they were made of tissue paper, or they came apart in your hands! They basically ARE made of tissue paper, although its thicker and you can get them with a pretty pattern on, the elastic is about 2mm thick, so you risk snapping that as well! I dont think a person needs to have all these things to worry about with their pants! Especially when your a teenager.
So basically, my experience of throw away pants is not a good one, and I cant imagine anyone(apart from my mum of course) thinking they are a good idea.

Summary: bad idea

I actually think these are very handy for people with problems of sweat or things of that nature. My mother in law used them when she came here for a holiday, because she was embarrassed about bladder problems, and always carried them in her bag. In some instances they are useful, though not something I personally would use.
