Advantages: Natural shape, well designed

Disadvantages: Can be expensive but not as expensive as they used to be

When it comes to buying shoes it can be difficult to find a pair that fit especially for people like myself with big feet. For anyone with a foot within the size range of approx 6 - 10 usually it isn't too difficult to find a pair that fits. However for anyone with a foot size over 11 it can be an almost impossible task. This is not because of the lack of large sizes available, there a plenty of sizes that go up to as far as 13. You see the problem is the longer someone's foot is the wider it is assumed to be which is not the case. I have tried many of the puma range of shoes which are generally designed to be narrow and shape thus making them suitable for people with big and narrow feet. In particular the puma range style tend to be well designed, high quality and fashionable. My favourite are the puma speed cat trainers. I tried some of the other styles but many are simply too wide. I first came across puma trainers over 5 years ago however at the time they retailed at over £90. In recent years the prices have become more reasonable although the puma speed cats are still a bit expensive at around £65. The main advantage with puma trainers other than the comfortable size, they are very comfortable to walk in since the sole is flat and it feels like one is walking bare foot. Perhaps the main cause of bad posture is due to the shoes that one walks in. When I take off my puma trainers and walk with normal trainers or shoes I suddenly feel that my posture is out of balance. Overall I highly recommend puma shoes.
