I work in the city of London and Rakehell was recommended to me by a colleague after I complimented him on the suit he was wearing. Initially I spoke to them on the phone, and asked (a lot) of questions, which were answered in a knowledgable way and I was immediately impressed by the lack of hard sell (unlike some other companys in the industry).
