The material isn't pleasant as such, it has a scratchy feeling to it which when worn without tights can cause some discomfort, for me anyway. There is a layer of netted mesh under the skirt which is quite thin but adds to the itchyness of this.

I bought this skirt from River Island when I went on a big shopping spree. Not really putting too much into what I bought I just picked it up and said I'd have it. This was only £25 which for what it is and it being in river island I thought it was going to be at least £35 so that was a nice surprise. This is fairly new in store so you can still pick it up from the shops or online at www.riverisland.co.uk. This come sin sizes 6 - 18 and as far as I am aware this is currently only available in black.
