I was completely oblivious of TU Women's clothing until my local Sainsbury's had an extension built and along came TU. I love it and have now added several tops, a bag, a pair of trainers and jewellery to my wardrobe.

Now I believe it is important that I add few points first- I do not want disposable clothing- I want quality. I want value for money, but under no circumstances do I want anyone to have suffered to provide me with a bargain- so no child sweat shop clothing for me. TU is meeting all my requirements and quite honestly I find it hard to believe how good the value is. I have bought a few jumpers at £7 each and several tea shirts at £3.50. my trainers were £10 and a matching necklace and earrings cost £12. While out one day, a lady stopped me- saying- "excuse me- may I ask where you bought your bag"- I am not sure she believed me when I told her it was £12 from Sainsbury's,.

The range also includes skirts, trousers, cardigans and exercise gear the bigger the store, the bigger the range. I find the designs are both modern and classical and therefore there is something for all ages. All the clothes have washed very well and I cannot find any difference to the quality of produce I would find from my normal supplier, which would cost many times more. You can try on the goods at home and I understand there is no problem with exchange if, for example, they don't fit. There is of course the added bonus of being able to grab a new outfit when you are doing the weekly shop.

You earn Nectar points ( if you have a nectar card) on all your purchases), and what better way to treat yourself than a new item of clothing as soon as your Nectar points add up.
