Best Sports Bra Ive had (Shock Absorber Sports Bra B102)

Advantages: Great for all sports

Disadvantages: Needs to be quite snug

After trying quite a few different types of sport bra's I found that this one is the best at reducing the movement of my breast. The best thing about this bra is that it comes in quite a few sizes, as sometimes I find it difficult to find a bra in a size 34E.

It is also good that there are different levels of impact. Personally I prefer level 3 for running and horse riding and it really does work. The only thing I would say is that the straps are a tad too long for me if I wear it as a normal bra, but if I cross the straps over at the back, then that feels much better and my breasts feel very secure and hardly move. I cant wear it for a whole day though because it is quite tight, but it does give a nice shape and holds every thing where it is meant to be.

The come in Black, white and I think also nude colour and the price isnt too bad either
