Advantages: come in lots of sizes, ranges and they're supportive.

Disadvantages: not many colour options

I am very large chested and although my daughter isn't, she still prefers to wear a sports bra when training (kickboxng) for support.

If you exercise without wearing a sports bra, it can be quite painful and uncomfortable not to mention being embarassing if you're bouncing plus they can get in the way.

My daughter often struggles to find good sports bra's and often wears crop tops that are good, but don't offer very much support. These bras on the other hand come in a wide range of sizes from AA - H cups and from a 30 - 42 back so should be one for all sizes.

You can get these from Brastop.com, amazon, ebay and probably from other shops as well. They cost around £28 but there are often special offers or if you get one from ebay, it may be a little cheaper.

These are fairly basic looking bras with no nice colours, just black and white, but you big sports bra isn't exactly something you're going to wear if you are in for a saucy evening.

You can get different bras that offer more or less support depending on what exercise you're doing. The levels go from 1-4, 1 being suitable for things like yoga and 4 being more for vigorous exercise like martial arts or dance.

My daughter said that hers is very comfortable. The straps don't fall off her shoulders and are adjustable for larger or smaller ladies so you get a better fit. It's nice and big all round so doesn't cut into her when she is stretching and it allows more movement without the worry of 'popping out', which is something I'm sure nobody wants. She said she felt completely supported wearing this and I do intend to get one for myself in the near future. This bra is really good, it does exactly what is says it will. It isn't too cheap, but it really is worth every penny.

Summary: Brilliant sports bra.
