      Not a great item!

When I spotted this reduced to £20.00 online on the Kay&Co.com website from its usual price of £28.00 I was unable to resist it as it was the sort of thing I had been mooching about for, for ages to go with some new leggings I have recently bought and wanted it to visit my Mother over easter! (Also available from the Kay&Co catalogue).

This is available in sizes 8-24 and in ordinary fitting, petite and long options and in colours black, indigo (dark blue) and cream and I opted for this particular tunic in a petite size 10 and in the cream.

When it arrived I was a little disappointed with it to be honest but did like the style of it to be fair to it. The cream colour is rather dark and the viscose material is rather transparent in places and sort of like thin jersey in feel and it comes with a detached matching plain scarf which is really unfinished at the edges, thin but long and of course its optional whether you wear that or not.

Style wise this comes to just below my bottom and I can wear this as a dress or with trousers, leggings, whatever and that is in the petite on my 5.8 frame. Its comfy and stretchy feeling when on and in my opinion is generous in size.

Style wise this has a vest style top with wide straps then tiers created by gentle elastic sections x3. This elastic is not uncomfortable but not flattering on the hip section if you have a bit of weight on you there believe me! I like the length, don't appreciate the cheap, transparent material and although this is machine washable and tumble dry safe and I've had no adverse effects through doing any of that it does come out looking like an old dish rag but easy enough to iron thankfully.

This is simply an ok top/dress but not of great quality at all. Being not well trimmed or finished off it gives it a cheap markety look and feel in my humble opinion and I'd save the dosh if I was you and put it to something a bit better quality!

      Only available from Kay&Co.
