When it comes to skirts I don't wear them very often however I have seen alot of reviews on here lately about the H&M and New Look tube skirts and wanted one pretty badly. However in Weston Super Mare we don't have a H&M store and the New Look store is tiny and doesnt have them so I decided to look in my K&co catalogue (wwwk&co.com) and I spotted this tube skirt costing £18.00.
This skirt comes in 3 colour options which are black, pink and a dark green and in sizes 8-24 with all colour options and sizes are the same price no matter what option you go for. I bought the plain black option with nights out planned wearing it!
The Skirt Itself:
The skirt is made from 65% viscose, 30% polyamide and 5% elastane which means that the material has a slight give to it. It is a plain skirt, light in weight but not one bit see through at all and feels smooth on. Its a pull on style and I bought the size 10 as that is my usual size and it fits me comfortably and like a glove and moulds to my figure nicely. On my 5.7 (ish) frame it comes to just above my knee and so isn't short as such and gives the look of a pencil skirt. Its a nice skirt to dress up and/or down and it is fully machine washable and tumble dry and ironing safe to so its really easy to look after and I've had no problems with it shrinking, going baggy, bobbling or colour fade at all!
All in all this is a really nice, easy to wear skirt that is a versatile garment and I really do like it!
