Now that the weather's starting to get warmer i've been stocking up on basic T shirts and vests as most of my wardrobe currently consists of jumpers and cardigans. I picked this particular t shirt up at the start of the month via Topshop's website as it's one of those must-have items that although quite basic, adds a little bit extra to an outfit due to the pattern, and it's very versatile.

This is a basic short sleeved slightly oversized t shirt with thick white and pink stripes all over it. The pink is a lovely pastel shade which is in season and there are also other colours available including baby blue. The pink stripes have tiny, very hard to see thin white lines going through them to create a slight washed out effect. The t shirt has quite a deep scooped neck - enough to show cleavage, and length wise it's quite long - it comes mid-thigh on me and it's designed to be slightly longer (by a few inches) at the back, which is why it's called a curve hem t shirt.

The t shirt looks lovely with any outfit including jeans and leggings, and it would also look gorgeous with shorts. Although it's long, it doesn't bulk out the waistline of jeans or shorts when tucked in as the material is so lightweight. I always wear a white bra underneath it as it's sheer enough to show a black bra, however it would look cute over a black bikini when it's really hot and I want something to just throw on between sunbathing.

The t shirt has a relaxed, floaty fit which although baggy enough to be comfy isn't overlly baggy and it still shows off my figure. Sizes available are Topshop's usual size range - 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16. The material is lightweight, soft and silky and is made of 77% vicose, 23% polyester. It washes well and dries very quickly. Price wise, this retails at a reasonable £14 and is available from Topshop's website and in-store.

Overall this is a comfy, lightweight and versatile t shirt which is reasonably priced- I highly reccomend it.
