Topshop, what can I say? I've been hooked for two years now. There is something for everyone here, whether you are 16 or 60, and thousands of pieces to help you create your own look. The store is at the forefront of the high street, with the innovative flagship branch at Oxford Street with it's Cafe, concessions and even a concierge to help you make your trip to London memorable. They lead where others follow (I've seen countless copies in Primark or New Look) and with their Unique label, they are beginning to dictate their own trends.

You may be worried that since this place is so accessible, everyone will be wearing the same thing, but you'd be surprised. With an average of four different trends each season, as diverse as Provocateur, Wonderland, Scout and Punk Couture, and different concessions with their own point of view in each store, there is an awful lot to choose from and unlimited ways you can create a look. Although the prices are not as low as Primark (though the sales can be) you will find that your purchases are more considered. There may be a must have dress, but with say 5,000 made at £60 and £100,000 at £12, which one will you be more sick of seeing?

The clothing here can provide solutions for many people, with excellent tall, petite and maternity ranges. The only problem is the sizing in some departments, such as denim as some people can find they're often in between sizes. They also only go up to a size 16, and the clothes are not often generous in the bust area. The quality is also not great on certain jersey items, but the customer service department is good at sorting these things out.

So what can I say? Probably best not to completely copy one of the in store mannequins, but with a few pieces here and there, you can be well on your way to becoming the perfect fashionista.
