      Good quality jacket, would recommend

I bought this Topshop jacket a little over a month ago, and it has definitely had its use, despite a few flaws.
I own a couple of jackets like this however I always seem to wear this one a lot more.
The fur collar really dresses up this jacket making it perfect for wearing in the daytime or for more formal occasions. The fur collar is detachable; however I have never worn the jacket without it as I think the collar really makes the jacket stand out.
It is currently priced at £58 which is very reasonable compared with other high street jackets similar to this one. The jacket is very durable and surprisingly warm on cold winter days!
The only downside is I wish the jacket was a little longer in length, however the style is suppose to be short and it still looks good despite being a little on the short side.
The jacket is reasonable comfortable although a little stiff in the arms, but this is due to the material being Polyurethane, which makes for a nice 'leather' effect.
The size is a slightly tight fitting, if you prefer your jackets with a little room I would recommend buying the size up. When zipped up the jacket is very snug, making it slightly uncomfortable, but I prefer the look when unzipped anyway.
Overall a great jacket which I would recommend to anyone. The style will suit any body shape or size. If you decide to buy this jacket, I would suggest trying it on first in store to see which size you want to buy. Happy shopping!

A good quality jacket from Topshop that goes with lots of outfits.

This leather look jacket was new in at Topshop just after summer. I first saw it on the 'just arrived' section of the Topshop website and really wanted to go and try it on first before purchasing it due to the price. I used the part of the website that allows you to check if this is available in your nearest Topshop stores, and thankfully it was.

I am usually a size 8 but I think with Topshop it can vary depending on the type of clothing it is. With this jacket a size 8 fits me perfectly. It is available in sizes 6 up to 16 and costs £58. It is also available in the petite section, however I have not seen this in their tall section.

I really liked this jacket due to the thickness of the material. It is 100% polyurethane and machine washable, although it does look a lot like leather! It has a detachable fur collar which is easy to remove. It is attached by a few buttons along the collar, which when not attached, cannot be seen and so looks very smart. This is quite versatile as it can be worn during the day with almost any outfit and also on a night time without the fur over a dress. I already have a leather look biker jacket that only cost me £20 from Boohoo.com last year that I still love, but it is quite thin and is great to wear over a smart outfit, but I really wanted one that would also keep me warm over the winter.

As the fur collar is detachable this also allows me to remove it and so still wear a scarf with it, as I don't think the fur part would go with many scarves when worn together.

The zip part of the jacket is grey and goes slightly to the left side when zipped up. I don't wear this zipped up much as it then can become quite tight, but I might do this more in the winter. The bottoms of the sleeves also have zips to them so they can be unzipped and be slightly 'baggier' if you prefer, however I have them zipped up and don't think the sleeves are tight at all. This also contains 2 zipped pockets on either side of the jacket.

Overall I love this jacket, I didn't mind paying £58 for it as I intend to wear this a lot and hopefully it will last me a few years, as these kind of jackets have done so in the past for me. It can be worn with lots of outfits and will keep you warm! :)

Topshop also offer student discount and so you can get 10% discount on this making it slightly cheaper, which is what I did.
