Advantages: Lovely soft, thick denim

Disadvantages: pricey

True Religion jeans are your "all american" designer jeans worn by numerous celebrities. Personally I would say they are a little more casual looking than some of the other designer brands but they still offer some fabulous designs.
They come in various styles:
Joey- flare flap pocket
bobby- no flap
Billy- straight leg
Becky -bootcut
candice - wideleg
Ella - wideleg
Lexi- bootcut
Julie- skinny
Johnny- straight leg
Stella- skinny

True Religion generally come in rigid which is 100% cotton and stretch which is 98% cotton 2% elastine. The typical pocket design is a horseshoe which is done in many ways be it rainbow, heritage, big T and Supers. Supers have thicker stitching.

So why are these jeans so good?
1) They dont shrink at all!
2) They are made with quite a thick, soft denim which doesn't tend to rip
3) They are very flattering

Price wise these are premium denim so yes they are always going to be more expensive. In the UK you will pay approx £150-300 for some HOWEVER if you do your research and look carefully on ebay you can get some for far less, I have managed prices of under £100!

It is also well worth looking at a website called revolveclothing.com as they ship to the uk and offer good discounts especially in the sales! Be aware though you may well get stung on tax & duty once over here.

Summary: A designer jean worth trying!

I would be prepared to pay up to £150 for TR depending on the style. Take a look on authenticforum.com they have some fab bargains in the "mall" there. You can get good deals on ebay but its making sure you dont buy a fake that can be dififcult if you are not used to the brand
