I love shopping and buying new clothes, well, doesn’t everybody? I have a number of favourite shops that I always like to have a look in, and see what they are selling.

Warehouse is just becoming one of my favourite shops. I never used to buy anything from warehouse, but just recently they have had some really nice things in.

Warehouse sell ladies clothes and it ranges from casual wear to party wear. You can find something in there for every occasion really. So whether you are looking for something to wear to work, something to go to a club or just some casual clothes warehouse will have something for you. In the summer you will find shorts, t-shirts dresses, bikinis, thin cardigans and jumpers, while in the winter you will find big comfy jumpers, cardigans and trousers to keep you warm. But black trousers and blouses are available in here all year round. The sizes in warehouse start at a size 8 and go up to a size 16.

I visited this shop on saturday whilst out looking for a present for my dad for fathers day, (I know I wouldn’t find a prezzie for him in here, but as I walked past I couldn’t help myself from going in.) Anyway, I noticed that they are very into bright colours for their summery range. They have some bright green, yellow or pink vest tops and other brightly coloured clothes could easily be spotted around the store such as bikini’s jumpers and t-shirts. They also have clothes which are a paler colour which is more my style. Simple tops in pale pink, lilac and blue that could easily be worn for work or on a night out. As with many shops at the moment combat style clothes are IN. The warehouse that I visit in Birmingham has a whole section of combat trousers, cropped trousers, tops and t-shirts all in khaki colour.

The layout of the shop that I visit is very good. The rails and racks of clothes are spaced out well, so it is easy to walk around them. Not like some other shops I have visited where
the racks are so close together that you knock everything off as you try to squeeze by. I have always found warehouse to be clean and tidy and the clothes always hung neatly on the rails. The changing rooms are fairly small, but are always found to be clean when ever I have used them. The staff seem very happy and look smart. I have always found them to be very helpful.

When you go to the checkout desk to pay for any clothes, you are asked if you would like to save 10% off your shopping today by applying for a store card. I always say no as they are just like a credit card and you will be sent a statement and a bill at the end of each month.

Warehouse also sell accessories such as bags, belts and earrings. Prices in warehouse are quite reasonable. I brought a nice grey cardigan for £30 a few weeks ago with a little handbag for £15, but when I got to the till I was told there was £6 off the bag today and only had to pay £9 for it. Great. I love it when I get a bargain.

I have found that all of the clothes I have brought from warehouse are quite delicate and so need to be washed on a delicates wash or hand washed. By doing this I have found that they wash well and have so far not had any problems with my purchases.

If you do have a problem with anything that you buy, Warehouse do have a returns policy, so that you can take your item back to the store within 14 days and either change the item or get a refund. I have never had to do this so I do not know how easy it actually is to get your money back from here.

I have noticed that all year round there is a small rack containing sale items. Some of these are damaged clothes, or returned clothes, but there is always a label on them if they are faulty telling you what is wrong with them.

They change their stock quite regularly so if you see something you like one week they might have moved it to another part of the shop the next week to make room for new stock.
