      Wild Style t-shirt

      ==Wild Style Tee==

      The Wild Style t-shirt was released sometime in the '00s to coincide with a 'Old School Revival' in the Hip Hop world back towards the early days of the musical style and culture. In order to do this, the most poignant symbol of these days - the logo to the first Hip Hop film is screen printed to the front or a navy t-shirt.

      This top was bought for me by my girlfriend once she had seen my A Tribe Called Quest Wild Style-esque t-shirt. I was impressed by her choice as it was something that appealed to me as something which takes things right back to the earliest years of Hip Hop in New York City. I'd spotted this top, but never jumped into buying it because it was navy, but still thought that it was worth getting at some point as a straight 'Wild Style' top to provoke reactions from those who will have watched the film back when it came out and so wouldn't expect an 18-year-old to know about it.

      The fit on this is pretty basic. It's nothing special at all and isn't really worth mentioning all that much. It doesn't follow trends in the Hip Hop fashion world with longer sleeves than usual. Having said this, I feel that it fits in with the fact that this may be for the fan of cult '80s movies or backpack Hip Hop followers more so than you're 'mainstream' Rap fan you'll be into Eminem, G-Unit, Young Money etc..

      I thought that this t-shirt was good overall, but nothing all that special. I thought that the navy colour was a bit of an odd choice and that black may have been a better option. However, it's something i can put up with and wouldn't say is really a fault of the designers. I'd recommend this one because it's quite cheap to pick up, but I wouldn't wear this one as a show-off piece in the way that I would for other tees I own.

      ==Where To Buy==

      This top was bought for me from Amazon, but it can no longer be found other there. Having said this, I know that it's a very popular t-shirt and that you won't have trouble if you look for it on places such as eBay or do a quick Google search on it. I wouldn't expect this to be any more than £15 and so if its you're thing, and then it won't do you any harm in picking one up.
