... Average, other manufacturers still churn out weird shapes, and recently, as comparisons, I have tried Levi, knowing them to have a good reputation, and guess what ? Levi cater for bigger bums and thighs, but not for miss average. The waistband on the Levis hurt me from the initial try on, and although they had flares like the Wranglers that have become part of my every day life, the Wranglers were comfortable on the waste though tight enough to be flattering. I went fifty years of my life before I ever donned a pair of jeans. What I found was that I was born 'Average', and believe me, it hurts when you hunt for more than 25 years for jeans that fit an average person. If you have great child bearing hips, if you have huge thighs, or if you have the skinniest of waists or the longest of legs, it seems Jean manufacturers can't wait to sell you their stock of oddly shaped jeans, whilst neglecting folk like me, who are at best 'average'.
