I got this fax machine after replacing a really old BT model fax. I can say that this is by far a lot better. It is used everyday to receive and send quite a few faxes. The quality of the faxes recieved is very good and very clear. When sending a fax you can dial whilst receiving which is a big help, as on our old one you could wait forever to send if we were receiving a large fax! It is very good when it is either low on paper or toner. It will come up on the display to let you know when your out, or you can go through the menu to find toner life which tells you how much percentage you have left.
