Advantages: none

Disadvantages: constant failure of print head

Error 41 is the "print head up the creek" message which came on within 6 months of purchase. The engineer changed the head and as one previous reviewer has already pointed out, this is a KNOWN FAULT to Brother.
He duly changed the head to a new one (new?!!) which lasted another 3 months and then died the same way. Hit by the Error 41 plague.
Brother should not be permitted to get away with producing sub-standard goods but unfortunately they will!
I won't buy any more Brother products which is the only way I can get my own back on such a large manufacturer.

Summary: poor manufacturing standards make this a Never - Ever purchase.

Hiya, welcome to Dooyoo! I realise you are extremely disappointed with the product but your review should provide a balanced review which can help people decide whether this is a product that could be of use to them. So in essence you need to provide as much detail as possible - when in working condition how well did it work? What are its functions, costs, ease of installation and use etc?

If you take a look around the site you'll see what sort of info should be included. Click on Edit review and you can add more detail which will help potential buyers more.
