I am by far from a computer expert. when I read some negative reviews on other Brother printers i was a little put off (virtually none being available for this exact model),it was with great trepidation that I decided to purchase it. I had some concerns that I would not be able to connect everything properly or install the software correctly. Much to my surprise, it was easy and quick. Some reviewers on other Brother models had said that the customer service was poor. I found it to be excellent with the one small problem I had was with the black print quality.
