We were in need of a cheap, good quality printer thats reliable, will work well and is not too complicated for me. H is an IT Geek and this is what we got according to him the cartridges are a good price and Epsons are of a decent enough quality for your standard home use. NOT even mention the FAX. You can download the FAX manual online, however, again it is not that good when it comes to troubleshooting. I have a call outstanding with Epson and it will be interesting to see what they say. THe problem is that the cable that I normally plug into the phone does not work when plugged into the printer. Anyway the FAX for me is an add-on, however, I would still like it to work!!
